Pri knjiženju porabe materiala ne vidim, za katero vrsto dokumenta gre ko se podatki zberejo. So samo opisi iz katerih se pa znajdemo vedno. Se lahko doda še številka vrste dok., npr. 350, 300 itd.

S klikom na ikono za printer se izpišejo predpripravljeni podatki za knjiženje porabe materiala in tam so vidni potem tudi opisi vrste dokumentov.
