Ispred matičnog broja fali vodeća 0, matični broj mora da sadrži 8 brojeva, ako ima 7 brojeva ispred vodećeg broja se dodaje broj 8, nephodno je sačuvati promene i ponovo izvesti dokument za slanje u dokumentaciju.
