Modul Trošarinska skladišta namijenjen je unosu idenata sa trošarinom za skladištenje, proizvodnju i otpremu sa odgodom plaćanja trošarine.
U Trošarinskim skladištima se trošarina na identima s trošarinom inače obračunava ali se ne uvažava u nabavnoj cijeni i u poreznim evidencijama kao što je to primjer kod unosa trošarinksih idenata u redovna skladišta. U Trošarinskom skladištu je omogućena sljedivost robe.
