U modulu servis / prijem reklamacije kupca u koloni identa imamo polje greška, dvoklikom na ovo polje otvara nam se šifarnik grešaka gde možemo upisati najčešće korišžene kvarove i iz istog šifarnika ih povući kasnije u nove radne naloge.
