PANTHEON users, new version of PANTHEON X has been released.

New authorizations in PANTHEON X enable faster allocation of permissions to new users as well as inherited rights of groups or rolls (like: storekeeper, accountant, head ...).

 

I. Authorizations PHASE III

• New authorization enabling faster allocation of allowances to new users as inherited rights of groups or rolls (storekeeper, accountant, head ...).New explicit authorization allow setting permissions on entities such as: types of documents and their status, bank divisions and subdivisions, warehouses ... New authorization enabling faster allocation of permissions to new users as they are inherited from groups or rolls. Users inherit the rights of the groups (rolls and groups) to which they are assigned. In previous versions of the Pantheon authorizations did not allow direct setting permissions on entity's so certain entities that's why was generate authorizations. (Import authorizations). Old authorizations have been slow because they have to adjust thru all tree list for each individual authorization.
•  Login optimization: Loading of Authorizations must be in separate thread AL ALL Login optimization: Loading of Authorizations is started in the separate thread.

II. Other main updates and improvements include:

GOODS

• Hard allocations of serial numbers - Hard allocations of serial numbers In build 10.0.2.0. new functionality is added: Hard allocations of serial numbers. Now also serial numbers can be hard allocated. Changes were made accordingly on forms Hard Allocations, Available Stock, On Pickicng List tab Hard Allocations, Item Settings, Recalculation of Serial numbers, Form for issuing Serial numbers, Automatic issuing of Serial numbers and new report has been added on Serial numbers Reports.
• On tab Analysis new report is added - On tab Analysis new report is added On tab Analysis on Customers orders documents and Issued document new report is added for printing out the data from this panel.
• New panel set on Trade ledgers: Create open states - New panel set on Trade ledgers: Create open states New panel set on Trade ledgers: Create open states. Here data for printing out the Trade ledgers can be gathered (without criteria) for faster opening of reports of Trade ledgers. In this case switch on first panel is used and criteria: Warehouse, Price type and Date can be set.
• Adding Orders to Movement put on sp  - Adding Orders to Movement and Create function put on stored procedures Adding Orders to Movement and Create function put on stored procedures for faster adding/creating of documents. By Adding also messages now appear in Statistics at the end of Adding and not any more in message boxes. Statistics is added also on Create function.

 

FINANCIALS

• New look of enforcement - You should test it. We believe that new solution is friendlier to user. We can create covl file and import it to e-sodstvo portal very easily.
• Printout of all setting for automatic posting - New printout of all setting for automatic posting is available now.
• Automatic posting of FA sales result - User has the possibility to create sales invoice of disposed fixed asset. Posting was partial automatic. From now, all entries to the disposal of fixed assets Pantheon will be carried out automatically. User only need to choose between gross or net sell. This could be set in administration panel. Depreciation of fixed assets need to be done before disposal.
• Connection between sales invoice and FA - Established is connection between sales invoice and fixed asset. Added was tab Link on sales invoice and tab Link on fixed asseets where connection is visible.
• Custom Import of invoices with posts on the Accounting entry of invoices module - Custom Import of invoices with entries on the Accounting entry of invoices module is available. Follow the link https://usersite.datalab.eu/Wiki/tabid/178/language/en-US/Default.aspx?htmlid=1005389 in users manual for detailed instructions.
• Variables for subject and account number in payment receivers reference are used: ~subj~ and ~acct~.
• Creation of payorder from invoice in closed VAT period - User can decide to continue with payorder creation destipe allready closed VAT period.
• Posting of documents on LT/FA Lite - Posting of documents on LT/FA Lite version will be done in the moment of creating reports of outstanding items and account card. Document status will be changed automatically.
• Close all option in closing of prepayments - We add option "Close all" in closing of prepayments. Prepayments can be closed in only one step for all subjects with prepayments.

 

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

• New measure Price for Sales, Purchase - By adding new measures functionality of ZEUS Analyses is increesed. Users can analyse (average) price on various parameters and at various levels. In Sales analyses we added 2 new measures: - Sales Price and - Purchase Price. New measures are added in same manner as are existing measures. Measure Supply Price in cubes Purchase was changed in calculation method. Now value and qty are first summarized for all cube levels, and then divided into price.
• Expanding dimension Buyer with level City for Sales analyses - We introduced new level named Cities to dimension Buyer in Sales analyses. New level is added in same manner as existing levels. New hierarchy of dimension Buyer has now following structure: * All * Countries * Regions * Cities * Buyers
• New dimension Subject Type for Trial Balance analyses - We added new dimension named Subject Type in cube GrossBalance. New dimension is added in same manner as existing dimensions and has 2 levels: * All * TypeSubj
• Wizard for planning sales based on orders - We developed new wizard for planning sales based on orders. One can find wizzard among other wizzards, like Plan Generator. In the wizzard you first select document type, period and optionaly subject. After using button Show, one can select desired documents and use button Save to get data from orders into planning.
• New dashboard elements type - list with shortcuts to Forum/News/VideoTutorials - We developed 2 new dashboard elements types: - News and - ToDo With the first one one can set lists with shortcuts to Forum, News or VideoTutorials on a dashboard; and with the second one, ToDo form can be placed on a dashboard as well. We also added 4 new DataLab preset elements into the Pantheon, one for each News type and one for the ToDo.
• Setting possibility for formating numbers in pivot table (decimal places) - We developed setting possibility for formating numbers in the pivot table of OLAP Analyses, regarding their decimal places. We added two buttons, firs one is for increasing decimal places and the second one is for decreasing decimal places.
• Freeze (lock) of line and line names columns at scrolling left/right in panel Analyses - We introduced Freeze columns functionality to the grid in Planning panel Analyses. With this feature one can freeze header columns like line numbers and line names at scrolling left/right.
• New dashboard Sales Overview by Items - We introduced new dashboard named Sales Overview by Items. This dashboard represents different sales overviews by items, like Top 15 items by sale value, Top 15 items by gross margin, Item share in total sales, and so on.

 

PANTHEON FARMING

• Import milk analysis from Excel - Import milk analysis from Excel New functionality enables import of milk analysis from milk control also from Excel file.
• Reorganisation of Agriculture holding menu - An Agriculture holding menu is changed into two level structure. Agriculture menu with main information about agriculture holding and holder details stays unchanged and as the first one. Group of companies menu follows as a secound menu for example if the agriculture holding cooperates with some other companies in order to share management information with mentioned company (Feature in progress). Within Holding menu information about Holding are monitored as it was monitored till now. There is a menu Fields (previous Parcels) within main information about Fields (GERKs) are monitored, in further development features Cultivation areas (previous subdivision) and Group of cultivation areas are created as a helpful tool needed for planning production (both features in progress). A menu for cadastral parcels stays unchanged on the first level. Within menu Workers you can monitore worker and their working position.Within new menu Agriculture Machninery and equipment a monitoring of fixed as
• Worker on animal treatment -  Worker on animal treatment With new functionality it is possible to add worker on animal treatment both on animal record and veterinary journal
• Transformation of mask Grassland cycles with inclusion of Planneed and Realization status - For selecting records and more transparent review some filters of Date type and Year were added. The user can also select only by production cycle filters. Some attributes from the main table of grassland production cycles (KOPOP measures) were relocated into a new tab CAP Measures. In the left down corner a task sequence with planned and realized status will be displayed later on
• Farm ID on pigs and small cattle - Farm ID on pigs and small cattle Functionality enables recording of farm ID for pigs and small cattle. Data is added to animal record and animal registry. In case that animal is inserted through reproduction (birth) data is added automatically from farm ID.
• Expert model -GRASS - Expert model - GRASS there are some additional improvements by entering and monitoring data within Grass production cycle and within grass tasks: filter above production cycled grid, exclusion of colums within tasks, changing of CAP measures location,
• Animal movement pop-up redesign - Animal movement pop-up redesign Pop-up for animal movement was redesigned and unified for all animal groups.
• Reports for grassland - Reports for grassland On module grassland we also add the reports.
• Feed name on import FGEN - Feed name on import New column was added for feed name on feed import.
• Error on tab protection - Error on tab protection On tab protection by product cycle, we have eliminate error for max and min qty.
• Billing slip report - Billing slip report New reports were added for contract farming to calculate costs and profit in selected period.
• Changes on reports - Changes on reports If we have in cycle three cultivation area and we do some task only in one, the report give us now data only for cultivation area that we have done some work.
• Feeding tab on animal record not showing meal details - Feeding tab on animal record not showing meal details Details of meal were not visible on animal record in Feeding tab. Error fixed.
• Duplication of animals in feeding groups - Duplication of animals in feeding groups On feeding groups animals were duplicated in the list Not in group. Error fixed.
• Changes of feeding stock update - Changes of feeding stock update If more than one animals is selected in feeding on longer period is selected, meal stock is updated accordingly.
• Subject filtering on livestock movement - Subject filtering on livestock movement On movement tab it is now possible only to select subjects that are market as warehouse with stock tracking.
•  FAMobile: task name on crop/fruit/vine tasks - task name on crop/fruit/vine tasks On tasks in mobile application we added also name of task besides task ID.
• Contract details on Excel import - Contract details on Excel import Contracts are now filtered by locations (breeders) which makes contract selection more transparent
• Additional fileds for contract farming -Additional fields for contract farming New fields were added on contract for shrinkage, country of origin and additional payments
• Searching filter KOPOP - FA SI Searching filter KOPOP A searching filter is added in order to accelerate the searching of KOPOP measures and assigning them to selected FIled (LPIS). User can search meanwhile by number of Field/LPIS or by Common name.
