Converting old Crop concept to new CROP concept
Previous production cycle are transformed into work orders with all related data.
Converting rules:
a) Data recorded within PRODUCTION CYCLES are converted into WORK ORDERS data.
Individual Work order represents 1 crop area which was recorded within 1 Production cycle as Crop area.
Crop areas on Production Cycles where there was no Farming tasks recorded are not converted into Work orders.
b) Old concept was based only on reporting of realization, that is why data about reported realized time Done Time QTY & Done area& Used material fields are part of work orders data and meanwhile presented as planned values ( although no planning process was carried out in old CROP). All task recorded within old crop are red coloured as finished task
c) if production cycle in old CROP was Closed Work order status in new CROP results in status Closed.

a) Agriculture Holding/ Fields&Crop areas
- by first opening form gantt displays currently date with orange line in 1/3 left & 2/3 right located display
- selecting record in grid results in selecting record on gantt
- labeling of gantt results in Field or Crop areas ID&Names, when hint results in additional info about size and validation
b) Crops&Vegs/Plan
- adjustments of CROP labeling and hints are added
- selecting planitem (CROP on individual Crop area) results in Crop Area display on gantt
- click on play button within Scroler results in Maps display of CROPS ( coloured , if set on Idents) or green areas ( free, not occupied crop area) in time duration as set by scoller dates. |
