Small Tools
The small tools are included in the identical way than the fixed assets - for a detailed description od data in the register as well as their use see this topic.
It is used as a register of small tools that are in use and it enables depreciation and revaluation calculation for small tools.

For use in the staff records you can mark the small tools as protective equipment. If the small tools are marked as protective equipment, two additional windows are opened where you may enter:

- In stock- the amount of protective equipment, which is still available, is displayed - not supplied. The number drops when you choose protective equipment for the worker from the HSW panel.
- Frequency- you enter the frequency (in months) how often the protective equipment shall be inspected or changed.
We allocate protective equipment for workers in employee files, that is in HSW panel.
Person defined in field "Assigned to" of Small tools header is written in Employee file in panel Utilization and doesn't represent the user of protective Equipment. That is defined in HSW panel (Personnel / Employee file).
When person defined in field "Assigned to" is changed, history is automatically recorded in Employee file under Utilization. The previous person under "Assigned to" get a relieve and Utilization End date is entered. The new person get the record in Employee file under Utilization and Utilization start date.
