Depreciation Report

Prior to the creation of a new depreciation report you confirm the previous one.

If a depreciation report has been created for one period yet it was NOT confirmed, then every depreciation report in the next periods shall be incorrect since any changes made are not observed if they had not been confirmed (revaluation-whether calculated, any possible downward and upward revaluation, any definitely depreciated fixed assets, and so on).
That is also the reason why confirming of depreciation reports in the opposite order than they were calculated displays incorrect data.

Depreciation value is calculated using depreciation report On the basis of the previously selected criteria. If necessary you can display an error list. In this way three types of report are performed:

Depreciation report helps you calculate the value of fixed assets depreciation on the basis of the previously selected criteria.

A confirmation is required first (see Do you really want to perform a depreciation recalculation?).

By clicking the 019478.jpg button you confirm the action. Or you can otherwise close the operation without any changes by clicking the 019479.jpg button.

In case of errors in depreciation report, they appear in a special panel.

The program sends a message after the recalculation has been performed (see Depreciation calculation closed!).

The calculated date are NOT entered in the fixed asset register by using depreciation report. To this end the report has to be first confirmed.
000001.gif If an error occurs by calculation depreciation, it shall nevertheless be performed and an error list is displayed.
000001.gif Depreciation calculation cannot be run if it has been already confirmed (see Confirmation of depreciation report). In this case an error occurs (see Depreciation report has been already confirmed!).

The following validations are performed in the depreciation report:

- New depreciation report cannot be created until you have not confirmed the previous one!

- Depreciation report has not been confirmed. You can post only the confirmed depreciation reports!

- Depreciation reports can be restored in the opposite order than they were entered!

- Depreciation has been calculated for the period from YYYY-MM to YYYY-MM Restore this report first!
