eDocumentation

 

eDocumentation is an electronic archive of all documentation that exists in a company. The documentation in PANTHEON can be accessed by opening the menu Settings | Documentation | Documents. The functionality of eDocumentation needs to be activated first by subscribing to one of the subscription packages. Then, the settings for eDocumentation need to be defined in PANTHEON.

A user manual was prepared to help you understand the process of activating, setting up and using eDocumentation.

eDocumentation and activation eDocumentation is the repository for all documentation in the company. The functionality needs to be activated before use and different packages are available. This chapter presents the functionalities of eDocumentation, the available subscription packages and the activation process.
eDocumentation settings After the activation of eDocumentation, the settings in PANTHEON need to be defined to ensure that the eDocumentation functionalities work optimally. This chapter shows how to define the eDocumentation settings in PANTHEON.
