Functional State of Fixed Assets

The register may be opened by double-clicking the field where the data is entered (see fixed assets register and small tools register)!

The use of this register is optional. With the functional states you may additionally determine the current status, which is not related to the accounting status of the fixed asset. So the fixed asset may for example be in use, damaged, or being repaired, and so on.

Type	any eight-character alphanumeric code of status designated for fixed assets
Name	functional state name of the fixed asset
Active	we select whether the individual functional state is active or not. The data is not used in the fixed assets register. It is however used in the Manufacturing module.

Differently than the fixed asset status the functional state of the fixed asset does not influence the accounting data (see Fixed assets status).
