000001.gif The register may be opened by double-clicking the field where the data is entered (see fixed assets register and small tools register)!

For the sake of inventory you may select in the fixed assets and/or small tools register, in which location it is. To do this you may use the locations register:

Active Mark active locations with checkmark.
Location any ten-character alphanumeric Id of the location
Name location name
Department for individual location you may select, to which department (profit centre), it belongs
Cost Ctr. We can define cost center for individual location.
Company We can define company for individual location.
Description Field is intended for any description and note for the location.
