IRIS message – intelligent error elimination

Where this option is possible, the IRIS message is opened directly, or by clicking on the list of errors. In it, there is a description of the error and advice on the most common options for correcting the error

(Toolbar) |
The toolbar displays the number and a description of the error.
There is also a help icon available, which, in addition to the message displayed on the screen, offers the user additional help with understanding the message and hints about the most common ways of correcting the error.

The description panel gives a more detailed explanation of the error |
(Buttons and hints) |
Shortcuts to individual functions (e.g., opening a register, a document, etc.) and a hint for fixing the error.
Some messages have fewer hints and others more, depending on the nature of the error.

Of course, opening the document or data to which the shortcuts point will succeed only if the user has the appropriate authorisations!

In the toolbar of the IRIS message, you will find icons with special and general functions.
Clicking the
help button in the toolbar will open the help file, where each IRIS message has its own page.
There you will find further explanations of the use or occurrence of each error.
