Credits and Leases

This is module for managing loans and financial leases. A single credit/lease can also be short/long term, different repayment methods can be used (same annuity, same deleveraging), different interest calculation methods can be used (linear, compound, etc.).

The module can be accessed from menu Financials | Credits and leases.

The main division of the module is into two types of loans/leases:

• Given: these are credits and leases given by our company.  
• Received: these are credits and leases that our company receives or takes from financial institutions.

The operation of both types is the same, with certain specific features of one and the other. The specific features are described in the sub-section Credits and leases Form.
