Credits and leases Form

The operation of both document types, Given and Received, is the same, whereas both of them have certain specific features.
Individual credits/leases can also be posted according to a predefinedt matrix and using automatic posting in PANTHEON.
You can "attach" various arbitrary amounts to individual credits/leases for different charges, additional services, etc. For these, invoices can be created and they can be posted automatically.
You can also change the interest rate or percentage points of individual credits/leases as the lease term progresses.
For credits and leases received, it is possible to create payment orders directly from the individual installment(s). For installment payments on loans/leases received and granted, the payments can be linked from the posting of statements.
The form for loans and leases can be accessed from the menu Financials | Credits and Leases by selecting the relevant Document Type. It is divided into the following sections:

1. Toolbar: The toolbar can be accessed on each PANTHEON form at the top of the program window. The features specific to the Credits and Leases form can be accessed by clicking the button:
2. Header: In the header, you can define key information on the document, such as document number, clerk, document status, etc.
3. Tabs: On the tabs, you can add/change data about principal and installments and calculation for credit/lease, manage payments, bank information etc. Each tab is described in a separate chapter:
- Header: On this tab, you find basic information about the created document.
- Posts: On this tab, you can see account settings and possible postings.
- Payments: On this tab, you can create payment orders to repay installments or loan with interest.
- Payment Plan: This tab allows you to define a payment plan for the installments.
