Changes tab

All changes made on a credit/lease form are visible in this table on the Changes tab. The table and the corresponding data are created automatically. Here, you can find information about changes, due date, annuity amount, interest amount, repayment amount, principal, payment date, document of payment, interest rate, date/time of Calc, insurance amount and maintenance fee, etc.
It can be accessed on the document type form created for Credits and Leases in the Tabs of created Credit/Lease section.

Hide

Marks/hides changes on istallments, custom changes or calculations that have already been calculated.
This checkbox enables you to modify what you want to see in table bellow. For example, if you check the Installments checkbox, the installments in the table will colored green. By clicking the checkbox again, you can hide them from table. The same logic applies to Changes and Calculations.

Type of change

Changes are entered on the Changes Register tab. You can select one of the following changes:
1-Change interest point
2-Change percent point

Date changed
|
Installment will be changed according to that date. Installment with an already created payment order will not be changed.
|
Int.rate
|
Enter the new changed interest rate for the remaining installments.
|
Calculate Remain. Installm.
|
Recalculates the remaining installments.
