Messages of the Employee Files

In this chapter you can find error messages, causes and instructions on how to solve the errors that the program will display in the employee files. Messages of the employee files can be divided in following sections:

• Information - The program will inform the user about procedure he or she has activated;
• Confirmation - The program will ask the user for confirmation and continue or stop the procedure.
• Errors - The program will report the error which occurred during the procedure.

Warnings, errors and instructions of the program in the Employee files:

• Change also the address of family members?
• Do you really want to delete employee data?
• Do you want to delete data about the subject also?
• Do you want to generate a report: Notice to bank about employee leaving?
• Do you really want to copy the working hours to the calendar?
• Working hours deletion complete!
• Deletion of unused last year's leave complete!
• Delete actual working hours?
• Delete planned working hours?
• End date must be later than start date!
• End date must be defined!
• Start date of working hours must be defined!
• Start and end date must be defined!
• Start date must be defined!
• Incorrect tax ID length!
• Tax ID xxx already in use for employee yyy!
• Employee xxx has quit date on yyy. Continue anyway?
• Employee xxx has at least one of his working years more than 90 years of service. Because the limit exceeded, such working years are displayed as *******. Enter correct values!
• Employees with formula-based leave in previous years have just an aggregate number of days on the leave decree.
• Incorrect national identification number length!
• Nat. ID No. xxx already in use for employee yyy!
• Name of the family member must be defined!
• Leave calculation complete!
• The calculation of annual leave overwrites leave data for the year yyy of those employees whose leave is to be calculated. Do you really want to proceed with the calculation?
• Calculated length of service is yy-mm-dd. Entered length of service is yy-mm-dd. Change the entered length of service?
• A card with this number is already in use?
• Credit cannot be deleted because it has already been used in payroll document yyy!
• The year for leave calculation must be a number!
• Registration number yyy already in use for employee xxx!
• Error adding new employee!
• Registration number and title of employee must be specified!
• Pairs are correct!
• Data is used in the calculation xxx. Run salary calculation first (backspace key)!
• Credit cannot be edited because it has already been used in payroll document xxx!
• The policy number xxx is already in use for employee yyy! Do you want to enter it anyway?
• To enable this option, at least one type of fixed assets must be defined!
• Enter document type and period before entering earnings type!
• xxx correct and yyy incorrect records transferred!
• Check credit and installment amount and number of installments!
• Copying working hours complete!
• Copying leave formula complete!
• Deletion of unused last year's deletes the unused last year's leave of all employees who match the specified criteria. Do you really want to proceed with deletion?
• Working hours ID must be defined!
• This protective equipment is not in stock anymore!
• Incorrect tax ID (control number)!
• Application version xxx! Cannot add more employees!
• The end date of the old position and the start date of the new position are overlapping!
