The DataLab software needs a SQL server to function. For smaller installations, the shortened version of MS SQL 2019 Express is sufficient. If we have a large number of users of the PANTHEON program in the network connection, then we need Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Standard or higher versions (Microsoft SQL server 2022).

Differences between standard and scaled-down editions.

Operating System Can only be installed on server operating systems:
NT 2003 Server
Windows 2000, 2003 Server
(but not Workstation)

Windows Server 2016 or higher
