Resource Reports
Resource Reports
To open a window for entering criteria for resource reports, click 
in Resources.
You can select between two types of report.
Select the first option to open the 401 - Resources report panel. See follow-up for a detailed treatment of the second type, that is, 407 - Hierarchy of resources.
Below you can observe an ordinary report. Having selected 407 - Hierarchy of resources displays other data. For more infomation see Hierarchy of Resources.

Resources - Selecting the first option displays the panel you can see below. Here you can enter criteria and subsequently display the 401 - Resources report.
Hierarchy of resources - Selecting the second option displays the panel you can see in the follow-up. Here you can enter criteria and subsequently display the 407 - Hierarchy of resources report. |
| Sort by |
Resource - Select it to sorte resources by IDs.
Name - Select it to sort resources by names.
Parent - Select it to sort resources by status (parent/child). |
| Resource Type |
Work - If checked, work resources are included in report.
Collective - If checked, collective resources are included in report.
External - If checked, external resources are included in report. |

Enter or select a regulation to restrict report. |
| Salary Grade |
Enter or select a salary grade to restrict report.

Click the report button to display resources according to set criteria. For more information see follow-up.
