Users

In the Users form, you can see all the program users in one place. You can sort users by group and status (active/inactive).
Users form is accessed on the Users and Groups panel in Administration panel.

The form is made up of certain elements, which we describe below.

In this section, you can sort the user overview by status (active/inactive) or search by user groups.
Group
|
From a drop-down list, select one of the previously created user groups.

User activity
|
Users can be classified according to their activity status. To sort the users accordingly, select one of the following radio buttons:
- Active – In the user table, only the users who have the status Active selected in the Subject status field of Contact Persons in the General panel of the Subjects register are displayed.
- Inactive – In the user table, only the users who have the status Inactive selected in the Subject status field of Contact Persons in the General panel of the Subjects register are displayed.
- All – In the user table, all users who have any status selected in the Subject status field of Contact Persons in the General panel of the Subjects register are displayed.

This section shows all created users and their general data.
User
|
User ID, which is similar to a username and can include any number of characters and can be up to 30 digits long.
|
Name
|
First name of the user.
|
Last name
|
Last name of the user.
|
Number
|
User code (ID). All users are created in the Administrator Console | Users and Groups panel.
|
Subject
|
User's subject from the Subjects register.
|
Dept. (Department)
|
Department for which or where the user works.
|
Active
|
If checked, this checkbox indicates that the user is active.

DB role
|
User's role in the database (owner or reader/writer/executer rights). Database role is difined on tab Settings.
|
Granules
|
Shows all granules assigned to the user.
