Plan order tab

Plan order

Here we can overview whole production plan for Crop areas we have created. To see how to assign EM`s to particular Field -> CA, click here: Assign Crop to CA. When we connect Expert model version with Crop area, we get all information that are important in this tab.

For each plan order data are presented within tabs:

1 Plan order

Plan order hierarchy:
1 Plan order: each record is result of drag&drop od Expert model version to individual crop area
1.1 Tasks: for each plan order positions as tasks are recorded
1.1.1 Resource hierarchy: for each task adding of Machinery and Worker and Material is enabled

Task editing rules:

Adding Task could be done by:
a) inserting Task by already written Line/position` s number (saving inserted record results in renumbering of all followed Lines/positions). If inserted position number is not divisible with position range, inserted position will be automatically added as last position of plan order.
b) inserting Task by new Line/position` s number (saving inserted record results in display of last line/position` s number,
c) adding Task as a last positions, deleting lines/positions results in no changing of line/position`s number.

1.1.1 Adding Machinery, Workers and Material

Resources (Machinery & Workers) and Material are added to individual position by drag&drop.

The process of drag&drop is the same as on Expert model, with some different rules:

Resources rules:

  • Resources are added to individual task by drag&drop from Resource&Material Codebooks (right-located).
  • Within Plan both resource type or individual resource could be added
  • Added resource could be assinged as parent resource (drag&drop directly) or as a child resource (drag&drop onto existing parent resources)
  • Deleting of parent resource results in deleting of all assigned resources & material
  • Adding first parent resource results in taking over data  Time/ha, calculated due CA size

  • Adding additional parent resources results in re-calculation of Plan Time QTY for all assigned resources

  • Changes of task norm up-dates Plan Time QTY for resources.

2. Material rules:

  • Material is assigned by drag&drop process
  • Material could be assigned only to parent resource
  • Selection of werehouse is enabled
  • Enabled alternate entry of Plan QTY / ha and Plan TY data

a) Material /  Group by resources: Summary overview of materials=ident types according to resources

Item  Automatically displayed after drag&drop process.
Name Automatically displayed  after drga&drop process.
Warehouse Select Warehouse planned
Plan QTY
