Version 10.0.17.10 removes documents from the PANTHEON database in order to speed up program performance. Until now, the Pantheon database also contained documents (e-invoices received and issued, scanned documents, etc.). These documents fill the database faster, which in turn affects the speed of the program.
The documents can be stored in the cloud storage of eDocumentation or certified eDocumentation.
After upgrading to version 10.0.17.10, the user will receive the following message when using the Documentation or any document related to the documentation for the first time. The window indicates a changes and transitional period and provides links to the ordering page or continuation of the transition period for 60 days.

The settings in the classification scheme determine where documents will be stored or in the cloud storage of eDocumentation or certified eDocumentation.

In the Storage box, select the appropriate storage for a classification.
All new documents send to Documentation from version 10.0.17.10 will be uploaded to a cloud storage of eDocumentation, regardless of the setting in the classification scheme. Of course, if you have a subscription and properly configured storage in the classification scheme, it will be uploaded accordingly to cloud storage eDocumentation or Certified eDocumetation.
Documents in the Documentation before Version 10.0.17.10 will be loaded according to the Storage setting in the Classification Scheme.
When we define storage for classification, the documents appear in the Archive tab, where they can be uploaded securely to the cloud storage eDocumentation or certified eDocumentation.

We can also click on the Process all button, and the documents with the appropriate settings in the classification scheme are uploaded to the cloud. Information about the number of uploaded documents is shown in the notifications as is usual for importing documents and sending invoices.

Once successfully loaded, the documents should be deleted from the Recycle Bin. When we delete it from Recycle Bin the documents are completely removed from the database and are now securely stored in the cloud.

You can check where the document is stored by clicking the Info button on the toolbar

For users who wish to continue sending and / or receiving e-invoices through PANTHEON, a subscription to eDocumentation or certified eDocumentation from 1 January 2020 is mandatory, as this is a prerequisite for using the Documentation. |
 |
In order to improve performance and user experience in PANTHEON, we need to separate the transaction information from documents. Store binary large object files on the same database as transactional data is extremely inefficient, so we will be transitioning to cloud storage at the same time solve this problem and improve the documentation security of our users. For complete safety to all users are encouraged to use cloud services.
