Plan Content Report

         Click report  button in taskbar of the Plan window in order to open report window.

Set criteria on the left in order to restrict lines in plan to those matching the selected criteria. Sort by parameter determines the order of line in report. Select type of report in the tree structure on the right.

 

Selecting Report:

Report Type Select plan content report.

 

Restricting selection by checking item type on the right.

  Select an item type to be displayed in report. The report shows only the selected item types.
Item Types Displayed item IDs you can set.
(type) Item type
(Item Name) Displays name of item type.

 

Restricting selection by entering criteria:

Item

 

Enter or select an item.
Name Enter or select name of item.
Primary Category Enter or select ID of primary category. Only lines of primary category will be displayed in the report of plan.
Secondary Category Enter or select ID of secondary category. Only lines of secondary category will be displayed in the report of plan.
Sort By Select sort by criteria for determining the order of lines displayed in report. Select among:

- Line

- Item

- Name

- Item Type

- Primary Category

- Secondary Category

Customer Enter or select a customer linked to plan.
Department Enter or select a department linked to plan.
Cost Ctr. Enter or select a cost center linked to plan.

 

Click report  button in order to generate report matching the selected criteria:

The following data are displayed in the report header:

 

Report generated The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
Document Type Above on the right displays ID and name of document type.
Report Name Displays report name Plan Contents as set in Document Types settings.
(plan No) Displays plan No.
Customer Displays customer linked to the plan as defined in plan details.
Consignee Displays consignee linked to the plan as defined in plan details.
Department Displays department linked to the plan as defined in plan details.
Clerk Displays name of the person responsible (clerk) as defined in main section of plan.
Description Displays notes, additional information as defined in plan details.

Line in report including the following data:

 

Item Displays ID of item in plan.
Name Displays a short text giving description of item (naming it).
Planned Displays a planned quantity of line in plan.
U/M Displays a unit of measurement used.
Start Date Displays planned date and time of start of production.
End Date Displays planned date and time of end of production.
Order Displays ID of sales order linked to plan.
Doc. Type Displays manufacturing document type linked to plan.
WO Displays a number of linked work order. It is the same as the one in launching WO from plan or in transferring lines from manufacturing plan.
Status Displays status of linked work order.
Item Type Displays ID of item type.
Primary Category Displays an ID of primary category of item.
Sec. Category Displays an ID of secondary category of item.
