To create a report of product specification select Collective Structural Spec in the Spec Reports window and click the report button.

Displays a report of total quantity and individual selected items which are integrated in the selected assembly. That is, at any superordinate level od modular specification structure.

Here you can observe the following data:

 

Report Name Displays report name Collective Use in Parent Assemblies as set in Document Types settings.
Item Displays ID of parent assembly.
Name Displays name of parent assembly.
Item Type Displays item type of parent assembly.
Prim. Categ. Displays ID of primary category of parent assembly.
Sec. Cat. Displays ID of secondary category of parent assembly.
Quantity Displays summary quantity as product volume. It is calculated at a maximum value. In addition, it is expressed in primary unit of measurement (U/M) and is integrated at any level of child specification.
U/M Displays unit of measurement used (primary unit of measurement).
Volume Displays volume. Here is displayed total amount of volume in the specification of parent assembly.
