List of jobs

The Jobs register is most commonly used in the module Personnel. Using a list of jobs speeds up the work with the program and reduces the chance for errors when entering data.
This chapter shows how to use the list of postal codes to check a job status.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible wants to check the list of jobs to see if the job of Salesperson1 is active. This is done as follows:

1. Opening the list of jobs
To open the Jobs register, the person responsible clicks Registers | Employees from the main menu.
By default, this opens the Jobs register, where all jobs entered in the program are displayed.

2. Searching and filtering the data in the list
Next, the person responsible checks the status of the job Salesperson1. This is done by entering the search criteria "salesperson" in the field Search.
The program updates the data in the list so that it meets the entered criteria.
