This part of the user manual is divided into the following chapters containing related use cases:
Employees |
Employees are an important factor of the company's performance. This chapter shows how to use the submodule Employees to create a new employee, entering their personal and birth data and contact information (residence data, contact person's phone number or email address). The submodule Employees also enables you to display the photos of employees in the list of employees, which has been described using the example of the fictional company Tecta. |
Work records |
Work records is used to keep track of employee work obligations and other related company events. The information entered by employees into the work records is used to prepare the payroll. This chapter introduces the submodule Work records, which is used to record employee working hours. Use cases for adding a work obligation and adding a new employee absence in a fictional company Tecta are shown. Using this submodule, employees can also submit requests. |
Evaluation |
In a company, the performance of employees is evaluated and monitored monthly or periodically by their superior. In PANTHEON, such periodic evaluation can be tracked at the level of the individual job and at the level of an individual employee. This chapter shows how to carry out an employee evaluation. |
Travel orders |
A travel order is an accounting document used to prove business trips and to reimburse employees for expenses incurred while traveling. These chapters show how to create a new travel order with a daily allowance and parking fees. The created travel orders can be viewed and monitored in the list of travel orders in PANTHEON Web Light. An example of how to search for a specific travel order using the search criteria is also presented. |
Vehicles |
In the submodule Vehicles, you can keep track of the company vehicles that employees may use for private or business purposes. In order to add the vehicles to documents, e.g. a travel order, they must be entered in the list of vehicles, i.e. Vehicles register. This chapter shows how to enter a new vehicle in the Vehicles register and how to search for vehicles in the list using different search criteria and sorting or filtering. |
