Employees

The module Employees is used to keep all the mandatory information on employees. This data is also used in other modules of the program, e.g. in travel orders. The module can be opened from the main menu by clicking the main menu option Personnel or the submodule Employees.

This part of the user manual is divided into the following chapters containing related use cases:

Creating a new employee Personal and birth data as well as contact information and family details are kept for each employee. This chapter shows how to create a new employee and enter their basic data into the Employees register.
Adding employee image In the list of employees, an image can be added for each employee. This chapter shows how to add an image to an existing employee entry.
Editing contact information Employee contact information includes the details of the residence and contact person, phone number, email address and other information. This chapter shows how to enter the contact information for the previously created new employee.
List of employees New employees are added to the list of employees on a regular basis. You can search the list and filter the display of employees using different criteria. Below is an example of how to restrict the display of the employee list with selected criteria.
