Work records

The submodule Work records is used to record work-related events in the company and employee work obligations, such as attendance, absence, lunch breaks and other events. The data entered is also used to create tasks, to record attendance or to keep track of the attendance or absence of employees from workplace and to prepare the payroll in PANTHEON.

My records |
My records is used to track and monitor employee working hours. This chapter contains uses cases ranging from setting up the work records (e.g. selecting the buttons for defining work obligations and their order of appearance), displaying the recording of the employee working hours and viewing the employee unused leave in the My records balance. |
Wizards in Work records |
Two options are available in the Wizards in Work records: Add work obligation and Add new absence. This chapter shows use cases for each of these options. |
Attendance |
Attendance allows you to check at any time which of your employees are present at work. In addition to tracking attendance, it also provides information on employee absences. The attendance records also helps you quickly establish whether employees are on a business trip or on a lunch break or absent without justification. |
Requests |
Employees can make requests for annual leave, sick leave, work obligations, replacements and shift changes. The logged-in user can check the status (approved or pending) of the submitted request at any time. |
