Requests

You can add requests for:

  • annual leave,
  • sick leave,
  • work obligations, e.g. leaving work early or arriving late or for private exits,
  • any other tasks, e.g. replacements, shift changes, entering or changing incorrectly entered working hours, meetings, job interviews.
WARNING

Requests are linked to predefined workflows, which is why you can configure and adapt them to the specific needs of your company or customer. The predefined workflows for requests is set up in the PANTHEON database in Workflows. If the workflow for adding requests in the database has not yet been defined and you click the button Submit, the program will display a pop-up window with the following message: The workflow for adding requests is missing. This means that this e-workflow needs to be added to the database or imported using the feature Transfer registers.

This part of the user manual includes the following chapter containing related use cases:

List of requests The employee can send the request directly through the workflow, and their superior will receive the request as a To-do task, either as a FYI or for approval. The employee can then check the status of their request in real time, i.e. in the process of approval. The following chapter shows how to gain an overview of the logged-in user's requests that are still in the approval phase.
