To help you better understand the use of PANTHEON Granules, an example of a fictional company Tecta is used.
Tecta's employees can do business from anywhere at any time (from home, in the office or in the field). They can access PANTHEON using PCs, tablets or mobile phones.
PANTHEON Granules allow them to use only selected functionalities of the PANTHEON program according to their business needs, while being completely independent of their location

1. Granule Work records
The Granule Work records allows your employees to record their working hours, have an overview their attendance and submit absence requests.

2. Granule Travel orders
The Granule Travel orders makes it quick and easy to enter your travel order online using any mobile device. It simplifies the entry process and subsequent billing. An accountant can simply check the travel order or update it if needed, pay the daily allowance to the employees and automatically post the travel order.

3. Granule Documents and Tasks
The Granule Documents and Tasks allows you to have all the documentation available in one place and stored securely in the archive. You can use your mobile phone to take a picture of the received invoices anywhere at any time and file them in the documentation. The invoices can then be easily accessed via the program by an accountant or a person responsible, who can approve or reject them.
