By default settings the program will display data about quantity (received or issued) and price in Goods, Orders and Service modules to 2 decimal places.

However, you can set the parameter for displaying decimal places otherwise! The program can for the quantity and price display from 0 to 6 decimal places.

This is not about rounding, but about displaying entered data.

1. Default setting: quantity to 2 decimal places, price to 2 decimal places

2. Quantity to 6 decimal places, price to 4 decimal places

As an example see, how the result would look like if you set quantity to 6 decimal places. This kind of settings are appropriate for manufacturing companies, where stock for an item is for example tracked in kilograms, standardized use of an individual item is relatively low (like 0,003650 kg).

Through this you do not affect issued/received quantity, you just display this value in the form for issue, receiving, etc.

3. Quantity to a whole number (without decimal places), price to 2 decimal places

Example on the display of quantity as a whole unit and the price to two decimal places.

This kind of settings are appropriate for commercial enterprise that buy and sell items on pieces or any other undivided units of measurement. This way it is logical to display quantity without decimal places.
