You must enter warehouse for receiving or issue in Goods, Customs Warehouse and Service modules. Otherwise it returns an error (see Warehouse must be specified!).

Because of check for receiving goods and services, which represent an expense (and not purchasing on stock) in the scope of entire operations, a virtual predefined costs warehouse is used. Neither stock tracking or stock valuation get performed.

Warehouse movements where stock tracking is not selected is not shown on warehouse card nor in the overview of current stock!

	Warehouses where stock tracking is not selected cannot be selected from dropdown when entering document of receiving or issue, displaying warehouse card or in the overview of the current stock! That is why you should enter it in document type as default warehouse (see costs and acquisition of fixed assets).
	Trying to create reports in Goods module you will not find the warehouse listed (e.g. material movements, income/expense comparison, invoices issued, invoices received, VAT account).
	Similarly, it is wise to consider this when acquiring fixed assets. Create non-cash acquisition of fixed assets in Fixed Assets module. Enter invoice in Goods module for transactions and posting of liabilities. You do not have to check stock tracking.
