Set financial details as default values for subject type. Here you can define the following:

Pricing Level
Select default pricing level.
Price Calculation
Select default price calculation method.
Purchase From/Sell To
Select default sell-to or purchase-from method (whether the subject is a customer or supplier).
  • Having selected Supplier, you can set default acquisition method.
  • Having selected Customer, you can set default sales method.:

Contract Discount Enter the agreed percentage value.
Currency
Set currency code.
Clerk
Enter or select a clerk.
Deliver Via
Set ID of delivery terms.
Type of Interest Rate Enter or select a predefined type of interest rate for default and contract interest.
Stock Tracking
Check it to perform stock tracking (apply it for subjects in consignment sales, warehouses).
Stock Valuation
Enter or select stock valuation method:
  • 0 - No costing,
  • P - Average purchase price,
  • L - Last purchase price (LIFO type),
  • F - First purchase price (FIFO type),
  • P - Fixed price
Post at Retail Price Check it to mark posting at retail price for specific subject type (apply it for subjects in consignment sales, warehouses).
Allow Negative Stock
Check it if you wish to allow negative stock; that is, issues when item is not on stock.
