Input/Output blocks

With workflow blocks in the Input/Output group, you can include operations where data is either received from an external source (outside of PANTHEON) or sent out from PANTHEON, i. e. you can link external and internal data.

You can add the following Input/Output blocks to workflows:

• Open URL – opens a URL from workflow
• Scan – enables running automatic scan
• Print Files
• MS Office template – enables preparing and using a pre-prepared Office document in a workflow
• REST Request (deprecated) – older version of the REST request block. Please navigate to that chapter.
• DB to XML – converts database data to XML data
• XML to DB – transfers data from XML to database
• XML from\to variables – reads data from an XML document into variable data, or writes variable data into XML document
• REST request – enables communication with REST services
• SOAP request
• REST Mailbox – enables calling any REST from a workflow
• Send mail – sends email from workflow
• Send SMS – sends SMS message from workflow
• SOAP Mailbox
