Цврстите резервации претставуваат резервирање на реалната количина на залиха за клиент или купувач/
За да може да ја користите оваа функционалност за цврсти резервации, документите мора да бидат побрзани со нарачки или работен налог.
This panel allows for the overview of hard allocated amounts. With this, the data about the item, data from the customers orders or data from the working orders (see Criteria ) can be used.
In such prepared data overview (see Data) you may then delete, add or survey the allocations.
If the hard allocated amounts exist, the program will carry out the control if the amounts on stock are already allocated for a known customer and order/work order with the issue of goods.

The present panel, that allows for the entry and the overview of allocations, for the use of which:

select the criteria for overview

in the overview of data that corresponds to this criteria, the allocations are surveyed and allocated. Except in the data overview, the allocations can also be allocated in the customers orders, on the dispatch list on the receiving of goods or on the work order (see links below).

Customer orders
|
the panel hard allocations - allows for the entry and overview of allocations. The data is here filtered on the currently selected order, warehouse and items from the order.

Dispatch list
|
the panel hard allocations - allows for the entry and overview of allocations. The data is here filtered to orders, transferred to the dispatch list, which have not been yet dispatched, sorted by warehouses and items. The data can be additionally filtered with the help of filter settings.

Receiving of goods
|
the panel hard allocations - allows for the entry and overview of allocations. The data is here filtered on currently selected receiving of goods, that means the warehouse and items from the receiving. This way the goods can be hard allocated for known customer and order/work order simultaneously at the receiving of goods.
Beside that, additional controls are being triggered in case of changing of default and already allocated amounts (see Control of hard allocations with receiving and transfers).

| Transfer between warehouses |
the panel hard allocations - allows for the entry and overview of allocations. The data is here filtered to currently selected receiving warehouse and items from the transfer. Similarly as the goods can be hard allocated for the known customer and order/work order simultaneously at the receiving; the goods that has been received at the target warehouse with the transfer can be allocated as well.

Browse free stock
|
panel hard allocations - allows for the overview of the hard allocations for currently selected item for all warehouses. In the panel Stock by warehouses you can find data about the actual stock, available stock and allocated amounts.

Items register
|
overview of hard allocations for currently selected item and for all warehouses is enabled by the panel Stock of the items register.

Issue of goods
|
in the issue of goods, the existence of hard allocations for known customer and order/work order for the issuing warehouse and issued is being controlled beside the control of existence of stock; according to entered data about the hard allocations (see control of hard allocations with the issuing of goods)

| Changing of the WO status |
In this window you may allocate materials and semi-products for multiple work orders at once with the change of the status to work orders. You may also release all allocations for all these work orders with the change of the status of the work order from I-Allocated to O-Open. |

In the material lines in the work preparation you have the possibility to allocate or release the reservations for certain line or for all lines on one work order. |
