Separate Pricing

Separate Pricing (LKPC)

010379.gif010380.gif010381.gif010411.gif010382.gif010383.gif

Separate pricing referes to sale prices at dislocated retail locations.

000001.gif Separate pricing for individual warehouses can be set ONLY in case such warehouses represent a dislocated retail location that uses its own pricing policy. That is why pricing is set separately from other retail locations and separately from other prices of the main warehouse (as represented by general pricing - GP).
000001.gif If you check Alllow Separate Pricing for Each Warehouse in the Administration Panel | Program Parameters | Items | General, an additional panel appears where you can set and view separate pricing (see Separate Pricing (LKPC)).
000001.gif For detailed treatment see separate pricing for each warehouse.

Separate pricing includes information from general pricing:

Warehouse Enter or select a warehouse for which pricing is used. All warehouses where you checked Allow Separate Pricing for Each Warehouse are available.

After entering separate pricing, corresponding data about general pricing are filled in by default (You can change it at will.).

Formula Enter or select a formula for pricing.
Currency Set currency for price. You can enter a foreign currency in pricing, but when issuing orders or invoices it will be converted to primary currency of price list.
000001.gif For warehouses where you post stock at retail price you cannot use pricing in a foreign currency. It is recommended that you create a foreign currency contract prices.
Special Discount Enter percentage value for special discount. It is especially useful when you put an item on a time-limited special offer.
Retail price Based on sale price and tax rate - as set by tax type - the retail price is calculated automatically. The latter is equivalent to sale price increased by tax amount. Or, you can first enter retail price based on which the net sale price is calculated. Due to rounding errors it is important that you select the correct method for determining prices.
Sale price Enter sale price of the first price range (excluding VAT).
Markup Enter purchase price markup as percentage value.
Wholes. price 1 Enter wholesale price of the second price range (excluding VAT).
Markup Enter purchase price markup as percentage value.
Wholes. price 2 Enter wholesale price of the third price range (excluding VAT).
Markup Enter purchase price markup as percentage value.
Spec Enter price of child item of compound item (for more information see price calculation for compound items).
Markup Enter purchase price markup as percentage value.
000001.gif Tax type and price calculation are retrieved from general pricing.

000001.gif You can rename names of pricing levels (i.e. fields "Retail Price / Sale Price / Wholesale Price 1 / Wholesale Price 2 / Spec") at will in Pricing Level Names in Administration Panel | Program Parameters | Items | General.
000001.gif To see how prices are generated on the basis of the entered data, see Hierarchy in setting prices!
000001.gif You can view data from Pricing panel in Quick Pricing!
000001.gif To prevent users access or the ability to change markup and difference between purchase and sale price, assign them zero authorizations for pricing.
000001.gif To prevent users from changing or viewing this panel, assign them zero authorizations for costing.
