Change active paid off Loans to inactive
In Employee Files Taskbar - Loans press wizard 
a window opens Change active paid off Loans to inactive.

Wizard for Changing Active paid off Loans to inactive will apear in Employee Files Taskbar only when panel Loans is opened. |
By pressing Change Active paid off Loans to inactive, all Employees with paid off Loans can change to inactive. We can see only Employees who's Loans are already paid off but active in panel Loans.
