Completed work MF - Operation

Clicking on an operation card from the Work order form opens the Completed work form for reporting completed work on chosen operation. Here, you can report time used for the operation by resources, employees working on the operation, produced good and bad pieces, production scrap and waste etc.
The Completed work form can be divided into the following sections:

1. Command line
The command line on the Completed work form shows the name of the form and two buttons:
| Confirmation |
Confirms entered data on completed work on the operation.
WO - Relieve inventory for service document will be created in linked documents in PANTHEON Work orders |
| X (Close) |
Closes the Completed work form and returns you to the Work order (MF) form. |
2. Header
The header of the Completed work form contains fields with vitally important information:

Number

Number of the WO you are reporting on. |
| Line |
Line number of the operation in the WO BOM. |
| Operation |
Name of the item, i.e. operation. |
| Date |
Date of issue. You can change it by entering a date using a keyboard or choosing it from the calendar. |
3. List of resources
The list of resources contains all the resources connected with the operation. Every line can be expanded and contains information about a resource.
(Priority) |
Displays resource priority. |
(Resource |
Displays an ID and a name of the resource used in operation from the manufacturing specification. |
(Note) |
Enter any text as a note to the line of finished work. |
(Delete) |
Deletes the resource line. |
You can expand each resource line by clicking on it. An expanded line shows fields with additional information of reported work on the resource.
| Planned |
Displays time that is planned to be used for work on the resource. |
| Issue |
Displays time when the resource was issued and confirmed. |
| Remaining time |
Displays the remaining production time of operation. Here, the difference between the planned and used production time is displayed. |
| Time used |
Displays already used (entered and confirmed) amount of production time of operation. |
| Finished |
If this toggle button is enabled, this means that the line was issued. It is enabled automatically when the required quantity is issued. Depending on the settings of the issue, you can also enable it manually. |

Displays the production time of operation. |
| Tsu |
Displays the setup time of operation. |
4. Add work section
You can report completed work by clicking on the Add work button in the expanded resource line.
The Add work line contains several fields for data entry.
| Employee |
Select the name of the employee from the drop-down menu. You can only select among the actively-employed. |
| Start date |
Enter the start date and time or select it from the calendar. You can select the time by clicking on (Select time) from the calendar. |
| Duration |
Enter the duration of work. You can also enter it by clicking on the clock icon ( ) and selecting hours and minutes from the drop-down menu. |
| Good Pcs |
Enter the quantity of good pieces produced. |
| Repair |
Enter the quantity of pieces for repair. |
| Scrap Pcs |
Enter the quantity for scrap. |
| Tsu |
Enter time used for setup. |
| Tpr |
Enter production time. |

Confirm reported work on a line. A new line is added for additional reporting. Reported work is visible on the resource line after confirming reported work with the Confirmation button in the top right corner of the form. |
(Delete) |
Delete reported work line. |
