Calendar
The tab Calendar in the Daily Plan form offers a graphical display of planned operation in the form of a calendar.

Below is a description of tab’s features.
You can choose between two views: Daily and Schedule View. You can select the view with right mouse click anywhere on the Calendar tab and selecting the desired view from the menu.

New task can be added to the calendar or existing task can be edited, by using the Daily Plan Task form. Form can be opened with right mouse click anywhere on the Calendar tab and selecting New task from the menu.
Form can also be opened with double click or with right mouse click on existing task and selecting Open task from the menu.

With right mouse click on the existing task, you can also delete the selected task by choosing Delete Task from the menu.
For duplicating the task, you can open Copy Daily Plan Line form by choosing Duplicate line to from the menu.

Warning
Tasks can only be added, edited or deleted on the daily plans that are not finished.

By positioning the mouse cursor on the task on the calendar, a window with task’s general data appears.

Displays the WO number, line number of the operation, ID of the operation and the person task is assigned to.

Start
|
Displays the start time of the task.
|
|
End
|
Displays the end time of the task. In the bracket, the total planned time is displayed.

|
Quantity
|
Displays the planned quantity on the task.
|

Assigned To:
|
Displays the name of the person task is assigned to.

In the Daily view of the calendar, the resources are displayed in the columns (marked red in the picture below) and the time is displayed in the rows.

In the Schedule view of the calendar, the resources are displayed in the rows (marked red in the picture below) and the time is displayed in columns.

The columns can be edited to show different time intervals:
- 60 minutes
- 30 minutes
- 15 minutes
- 10 minutes
- 6 minutes
- 5 minutes
You can select the time intervals shown, from the menu with right mouse click anywhere on the calendar, when the Schedule view is selected.
