Import data from MS Excel

The form for mass import for credits can be accessed via the Credits and Leases form by clicking the
(Import/Export Data) button and selecting the Import Data from Microsoft Excel.
New form opens, Data import.

Here is a description of form:
- Data Import tab:
File Path
|
In this field enter file path from where you want to import excel file.

Hide
|
Check if you want to hide Already Imported data.
|
Excel Sheet
|
Enter excel sheet from which one you want to import data.
|
Import from File
|
By clicking on this button data from excel is visible in the lower section in the lines.

Create documents
|
After importing XLS, credits can be visible in the grid and with click on button Create document, program will create documents.

Structure
|
Default structure is already present, but you can add additional fields or rearange existing.
By clicking on button Structure shows current structure.

HINT
You can add new field, custom fields and mark column with correct letter in XLS and program will import data to correct place.

On this tab enter settings for import file:

Namig
This table tells you in which column of Excel should be entered whict data from field Field Name.

Always add new subject
|
If checked it means that subject will be added to Subject Register.
|
Create invoice for extra sums
|
If checked program will create invoice for extra sums.
|
Excel Column
|
In this column enter excel column.
Existing lines are recommended, but you can eneter new ones for your needs.

Field Name
|
Select from drop down field name.
|
Description
|
If you want enter a description of field.
|
No duplicates
|
No duplicates column is used only with check box Always add new subject - meaning that subject will be added with suffix to codebox.
