Creating WO from Schedule Plan

The Create WO from Schedule plan form allows you to create work orders (WO) for products and semi-products directly from the Schedule Plan.

1. Set parameters in the Administration Panel

The person responsible for this task wants to create a product structure as specified in the product specifications.

Therefore, they adjust the parameters located in Settings | Program | Administration Panel | Settings | Manufacturing | Work Orders | Create WOs.

2. Create WO

The person responsible accesses the form from the Schedule Plan form, by clicking the  (Create WO) button.

Hint The form can also be opened by clicking the   (Wizards) button and selecting Create WO from the drop-down menu, or by using the Ctrl + 4 keyboard shortcut.

In the open window, the person responsible is transferring WOs from the Schedule Plan, and the person responsible wants to select WOs for creation.

The person responsible can do this either through criteria on the form itself, or by checking the orders in the lower part of the form.

In this case, the person responsible wants to create INDIAN1 and LARA3 WOs from the Schedule Plan by selecting the checkboxes.

Afterwards, the person responsible clicks the  (Search) button, after which a message appears: Do you really want to create a WO for the plan under selected conditions? The person responsible confirms by clicking Yes.

After the creation of the WOs, the log with all the data about the created WOs is displayed.

By clicking the  (Reports) button and Report in the log form toolbar, you can generate a 4A0 – Log report with all the data from the log.
