Granula Documents and Tasks
Welcome to the technical guide for Granula Documents and Tasks!
The Granula Documents and Tasks is designed to can access company documentation from your mobile device anywhere at any time.
Using the camera on their phone or tablet, your employees working in the field can quickly upload documents to the archive, which are visible to all other PANTHEON users from the very next moment.
At the same time, tasks allow you to approve documents from the field.

WARNING
- For activation of Documents and Tasks Granule please see chapter PANTHEON Granules and activation.
- By default, Granules only show the data of the logged-in user. The display of data can be changed any time in authorizations.
- Ganules specific logo and name in the main menu is visible if user has one Granule assigned to him. In case of several assignes Granules to the user the main menu shows geneal Granules logo.

All the company documentation is stored securely in the documentation archive. The module Documents enables you to gain an overview of documentation. |

The module Tasks allows you to quickly approve documents.

WARNING
If the manager wishes to approve absence requests, it is necessary for them also to have the Work records granule in order to enter absences in the absence calendar. Otherwise, it will not be possible to approve requests.
