Setting up export to Excel

By setting the export to Excel, you can choose which bands to export.

To set up an export to Excel, select in the Export window (Set up a simple export to Excel). The settings are saved for the user only.

Select the Save button to save the export setting.

Selecting the Cancel button closes the export setup window without saving the changes.

Right-clicking inside the band panel gives you options:

1. Select All

Tick the switches for all lanes.

2. Deselect All

Mark the switches in all lanes.

3. Invert Selection

Mark all unmarked lane switches and unmark all marked lane switches.

4. Default

Sets the bands for the purpose of further data processing (column aggregation). In this case, only numeric data is relevant and we do not need data such as printout title, page header, etc.

5. Details and related data

Selects the output mode that displays bands with child (child) bands when the output contains them.
