Timetable

The Time Table is a gantt chart showing the duration and sequence of operations. It also offers the possibility to display the business dates of the selected work order. In addition to the various views of operation and resource deadlines, it also allows quick and easy editing.

In the example below we will show a quick overview and editing of an operation in PANTHEON.

CASE SUMMARY The person responsible, Peter Producer, will review the workflow for the DN of the LARA3_VRATA semi-part in the Time Table tab. He will check the resource occupancy for the date 17.06.2022. Finally, he will change the time of the O-Cut operation in the tab using the drag-and-drop function »drag-and-drop«. 1. Open the Time Table tab

To view the details of a specific work task, the responsible person selects in the Work Task Details sliding window on the right. It will see the DN details for the LARA3_VRATA semi-section. Selecting the Time table tab will open a graphical display of the resource occupancy or the planned execution time of the job operations DN.

2. Overview of the time table display

By default, when the tab is opened, the Rules overview is displayed, the day of the start of the DN operations is displayed in Gantogram view mode.

By selecting the criteria in the toolbar, the responsible person can customise the desired review.

3. Changing the execution time of a work operation

Time Table offers the possibility to easily reschedule individual work operations with drag-and-drop functionality.

The responsible person wishes to move the O-Cutting operation scheduled to take place on 17.06.2022 at 11:36 to the day before at around 14:00.

To do this, select and hold the entry of the selected work operation in the graphical display and drag it with the mouse to the desired position in the table. When the entry is in the selected position, release the mouse button.

The change of date is also immediately visible in the Drafting part of the DN tab Operations - Manufacturing. Manufacturing.

3.1. Extending time

By positioning on the right or left edge of each entry and changing the mouse pointer to and then clicking, the person responsible for the operation changes the available time by swiping.

4. Overview by resource

By selecting the Resources field in the Time Table, the responsible person will check the availability of each resource for a specific date.

To view the busy resources per date, select the (Day) button so that the program only displays data for one day. On the calendar on the right, select the date 17.06.2022.

Individual Resourses in columns and time in rows are displayed.

Selecting an entry in the graphical display will display the DNI data and Task data to which the entry is linked in the right-hand margin.

Hovering over an entry will bring up a quick view of the entry details, as shown in the image below.

Operations are marked with different colours:

• Green - open operation
• Yellow - partially completed operation
• Red - completed operation
