Workflow and documentation module
Workflow can be connected to documentation module.
Create workflow with documentation task blocks
, enter title, assigned user, from Task drop down select "Verify Contents" and create two statuses for approved and rejected option.
Create documentation task blocks, enter title, assigned user, from Task drop down select "Signature from database" and create two statuses for approved and rejected option.
Add START block and END block and connect all blocks with connectors and define statuses approved and rejected.
Documents can be specified with classification when they are sent to documentation module.
Each classification can be specified with workflow. When document enters documentation module and is specified with classification, workflow is run.
When document type 300 is sent to documentation module, workflow is automaticaly started. In Pantheon menu Settings - Documentation - Workflow Run, user can see unfinished tasks created by workflow.
With a double click on a record, workflow task is started. By clicking a button Verify Contents, document status is changed to reviewed. After document is reviewed, new button for approve appears which completes current task of verification document.
After task for verifying is completed, workflow goes to another task in the diagram - Signature from Database.
Diagram steps and current possition can also be viewed in Diagram tab. Current possition to be executed is Signature from Database and task is displayed in green color.
With a double click on task for Signature from Database, document preview is opened and signature or decline options are available. After document is digitaly signed and approved, the workflow is completed.
Completed tasks can also displayed in documentation module
Closed work flow is also displayed in workflow tab.
