Enter any (e.g. consecutive) number
for a special marking of work orders for example sort by columns. Create
a consecutive number of work order using the following functions:
- Sort WOs by Cycle Times
- Sort WOs by Start Dates
- Sort WOs by End Dates

WO Scheduling. |
WO
| Displays the ID of work order. It is generated
automatically after opening a work order.
The initial two digits represent year in which it was created, the next three
digits represent ID of work order document type. The last few numbers represent
a consecutive number of work order.

| Displays ID of work order
document type for manufacturing this item.

Date
| Displays work order's
opening date.
|
Customer
| Displays ID of customer linked to
the work order.
|
Plan
| Displays label of a plan
from which work order was released.

Order
| Displays ID of sales order from
which work order was created.
|
Order Line
| Displays line of sales order from which work order
was created.

Start Date
| Select or enter start date/time when
work order was created. When manually entering start date a check is run
verifying whether the entered date falls on workday in
manufacturing calendar or not. The following message is returned in case of
error.

End Date
| Select or enter end date/time when

Planned Qty
| Displays a planned quantity of products in work
order (planned specifications).
When updating the planned quantity and having checked
Auto-update Planned Quantities in Child Work
Orders appropriately modifies planned quantities in all child work orders. |
Produced Qty.
| Displays an already produced
quantity of products in work order.

Status
| Displays a label for work order
status.
|
Reverse
| If checked, a work order was
reversed. If left unchecked, it is active.

Created From | Displays a date
when the work order was created. |
Name
| Displays a name of the product in work order.
|
Item Type
|
Displays an item type in work order.
|
Prim. Category
| Displays primary category of the item in work order.
|
Sec. Category
| Displays secondary category of
the item in work order.

Consignee
| Displays ID of consignee linked to work order.

Parent WO |
Displays ID of a parent work order.
By clicking a parent WO field opens a dropdown where you can manually
change it. When a change was made the planned quantity in parent work
order is changed, as well as the way work orders are displayed in tree
structure view.

Prod. Time |
Displays product time in work order which represents a
sum total of time required for completion of all operations in WO.
Regardless of the order of operations, variance between operations and
resource capacities.

Cycle Time |
Displays cycle time which represents a period range between the initial
operation and final operation. It depends on order of operations, any delays
occurring between them and of course resource capacities. |
