Plan order tab
Here we can overview whole production plan for Crop areas we have created. To see how to assign EM`s to particular Field -> CA, click here: Assign Crop to CA. When we connect Expert model version with Crop area, we get all information that are important in this tab.
Plan order hierarchy:
1 Plan order: each record is result of drag-drop od Expert model version to individual crop area
1.1 Tasks: for each plan order positions as tasks are recorded -
1.1.1 Resource hierarchy: for each task adding of Machinery and Worker and Material is enabled

Notes |
In case note was recorded within Expert model or Plan UI it is already displayed (bolded) |
Task editing rules: adding Task could be done by:
a) inserting Task by already written Line/position` s number (saving inserted record results in renumbering of all followed Lines/positions),
b) inserting Task by new Line/position` s number (saving inserted record results in display of last line/position` s number,
c) adding Task as a last positions, deleting lines/positions results in no changing of line/position`s number.
1.1.1 Adding material, Machinery and Workers
Selecting of individual Self-propelled
Selecting of self-propelled for previously (above) selected task could be done by drag&drop of individual self-propelled from code books (right-located) directly into Self-propelled grid. When Resource type is already set (from expert model) click on resource type code books opens only resources with selected Resource type.

Res. Group |
From drop-down select Resource group ( groups of Self-propelled as defined in Agriculture panel / Settings / Agronomy / Planning / tab Resource group. Currently no links between Resource groups and Planning forms)
|
Type |
Select resource type. Automatically displayed if recorded in EM version |
Self-propelled |
Entered automatically when individual Self-propelled is added by drag-drop;
Empty data when only resource type is selected.
|
Name |

a) selection of Resource type,
b) drag-drop of individual Self-propelled |
Plan Area (ha) |

a) Creating Resource combination for main Resource Self-propelled
After selecting individual Self-propelled individual Implements, Workers and Material can be assigned to selected Self-propelled.
Resource combination rules recommended:
- Data editing is possible on second level: data are updated on first level
- It is advisable to choose similar data types: as on first, also on second level to choose particular Resource

Implements |
Drag-drop Implements from code book ON grid or select Resource type |
Managed assign workers |
Assign Worker to Self-propelled by drag-drop or select Resource type LBR.
|

Assign Material to Self-propelled by drag-drop;
- Select planned Warehouse
- Plan QTY/ha
- Planned QTY displayed automatically if Work order is created by help of EM version or from Plan
- Enter manually planned QTY for materials as needed for unit per hectare
Plan QTY: Calculated automatically according Planned QTY/ha value; |

When individual Self-propelled has determined type of Item regarding fueling.
(Agriculture holding / Agriculture machinery and equipment) Item`s type is displayed automatically.
Plan QTY for fuel consumption per hectare is copied from Task data for Fuel (if operating with EM) or can be added/changed manually.

- In this tab we cannot add any Implements via drag-drop
- In this tab we can delete particular record, and such will be deleted on the place of initial adding.
