On Todo form there are tasks from all users, finished and unfinished. Execute a task by doubleclicking on a task. Group execution of tasks is also possible by selecting multiple tasks and then buttons appear (confirm, cancel, etc...). When tasks have the same decision (example Confirm) they can be executed in a group.

When there are multiple tasks selected, a appears. By clicking it, all selected tasks and are run in queue.

If you "walk" the ChatLog in the "WF details form" then the WF diagram should show you which is the step that this chatlog entry was for. The step should be highlighted.
