Payroll

The payroll has been created for the calculation of salaries. The module has more functions:

Payroll Overview Payroll Preparation Reports   Search for Compensation Basis for over 30 Days Search for Compensation Basis for up to 30 Days Income Report

For the correct functioning of the module you must appropriately define following registers: 

• Average Salaries,
• Contributions  
• Salary Grades,
• Income Sources,
• Income and Payroll Tax Rates,
• Work Types,
• Earnings Types.

At the creation of the first payroll, you must check if program parameters and Document Types Settings are defined correctly.

You must appropriately fill-in the Employee files with all required personal data and data for the payroll.
