Below are listed variables for salary formulas included under Single employee item in Formula Builder:

The following field and button are made available in Formula Builder after selecting specific variables under Single employee:

The Pay Slip field and the Use in Formula button only appear with variables used for referencing pay slips of the previous period.

The variables in question are listed below:

For example, to reference variable Inv00 in pay slipnumber 09-P00-000006 enter it as follows:

#Inv00-09-P00-000006# (the Gross Base variable according to calculation phase A - and select a pay slip from the Pay Slip). Finally, click the Use in Formula button.

INDOLAJSAVA Individual relief from the Relief panel for the T - Personal Relief type
INDOLAJSAVAN Individual relief from the Relief panel for the N - Journalist type
INDOLAJSAVAK Individual relief from the Relief panel for the K - Culture type
SPL Returns information about the sex of employee ("M" for males, and "F" for females). The data is retrieved from the Sex field in Employee Files | General l General l General section.
 
STR Returns age of employee in months. The data is retrieved from the Date field in Employee Files | General l General l Birth Information box.
 
WOB Returns number of hours of weekly requirement that are retrieved from the Hours per Week field in Employee Files | Salary Parameters.
SHIFTW Returns an ID of shift work from the Shift Work field in Employee Files | Salary Parameters.

The variable returns a corresponding shift work ID.

Let us say that you selected One shift - PM option in the Shift Work field. The variable returns the corresponding value 2.

STSI Returns an employee educatution ID that is retrieved from the Professional Education field in Employee Files | Education.

The variable returns the corresponding value set for professional education (e.g. it returns value 0 if 0 - Doctor's degree is set, or 1 for Master's degree, 2 for Bachelor's degree, etc.).
