General
In the General panel of the
Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel you can
define following information:
Registration Number | The registration number of the
contributory. This information is used for reporting
M forms.

Number
of Decision: PIZ | The number of the decision
that exempts the contributory from contribution payments.
This information is used in form List of disabled
employees that are exempt from payment of pension
and disability insurance contributions. |
Working Hours per Week | The number of regular working hours
(per week) of the contributory. |
Workdays per Week |
The number of workdays per week of the contributory. |
Personnel Documents Signatory | In the Personnel Documents Signatory
field select from the lookup list the employee who will appear as a
signatory of documents for personnel.

Form Submitter | The employee who will appear as a
submitter of forms. |
Employee Name Displayed As |
How will an employee from the
employee files appear on reports (like
Employee files reports, Payroll
reports...).

The subject that
will appear on REK forms as an authorized

Employee ID |
The ID of your assigned clerk at the Tax Administration. The information will appear on
the REK form. |
Type |
In the Type
field select from the lookup list the legal status of the company, which
will be displayed when exporting REK forms for e-taxes. You can select from
the following:
- FO - Natural
person
- PO - Legal
entity
- SP -
Sole proprietor

Generating employee's
registration number

Generate Reg. No. |
If you select the
Generate Reg. No. option, the program will in the
Employee files, when generating a new
employee, automatically create a registration number with a defined ID
length and constant. |
ID length |
In the ID length
field you can set the length of the ID without the constant that will appear
as part of the registration number in the Employee
files.
Possible is a maximum up to 13-digit ID. |
Constant |
In the Constant
field you can define the name of the constant that will appear as part of
the registration number in the Employee files.
Possible is a maximum up to 13-digit constant. |
Generating employee's ID

If you select the Generate Employee ID
option, the program will in the
Employee files,
when generating a new employee, automatically create an ID with a set length
and constant. |
ID length (no constant) |
In the ID length
field you can set the length of the ID, that will appear in the ID field of
the Employee files.
Possible is a maximum up to 13-digit ID. |
Constant |
In the Constant
field you can define the name of the constant that will appear as part of
the ID in the
Employee files.Possible is a maximum up to 13-digit constant. |

If you do not select
Generate Reg. No.
and Generate Employee ID
option, you cannot enter information in the ID length
and Constant
fields. |
Trip Category |
In the Trip Category field you
can select from the lookup list the category through which you will be able
to track the absence from trips, absences you have previously set in the
Calendar entry types of work obligations. |
Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) |
If you select the
Vehicle Tracking System option, in the Personnel menu | Employee files | General | General will appear a
Vehicle Tracking System field with the possibility to enter information for tracking vehicles in
trips for a certain employee. If you do not select the option, the
Vehicle Tracking System field will not appear in the Employee files. |
Standardize Contacts |
If you select the
Standardize Contacts option, the program will in the Subjects register
enter to the other contacts all employees you have entered in the
Employee files as new employees. |
